An affix having an indicatory t , is svarita i.e. has circumflex accent.,
Thus चिकी॒॒र्ष्य॑म्, जिही॒॒र्ष्य॑म्, formed by यत् 3.1.97. कार्य॑म्, हार्य॑म् with ण्यत् (III. I. 124). This is an exception to (III. I. 3) which makes all affixes adyudatta. For exception to this rule see (VI. I. 213) &c.,
