Thus उन्द् - अव + उन्द् + घञ् = अवोदः; इन्ध् + घञ् = एधः, the guna is irregular, for (I. I. 4) applied here, and prevented guna. उन्द + मन् = ओद्म (Unadi मन्). प्र + श्रन्थ + घञ् = प्रश्रथः (The want of Vriddhi is the irregularity). So also हिमश्रथः ॥,
