3 Not regarded as an authority, not trustworthy; ājanmanaḥ śāvyamaśikṣito yastasyāpramāṇaṃ vacanaṃ jana- sya Ś. 5. 25. ṇaṃ 1 That which can- not be taken as authority in ac- tions; i. e. a rule, direction &c. which cannot be accepted as obligatory.
