[taṃḍ-ulac] Grain after threshing, unhusking and winnow- ing; (especially rice); śasya, dhānya, taṃḍula and anna are thus distinguish- ed from one another: śasyaṃ kṣetragataṃ proktaṃ satuṣaṃ dhānyamucyate. nistuṣastaṃḍulaḥ proktaḥ svinnamannamudāhṛtaṃ..).
